Job Description
1. Market Study and Strategy Development

Documents and summarizes reports.
2.Product Marketing
-
Assist product manager in developing product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand

Support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertis
-
Conduct product presentations
-
Works with sales to conduct product demonstration and scrub-in
3.Product Training
-
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications; and establishing personal networks.
-
Develops training materials for product presentations.
-
Facilitates product training.
4.Strategy Implementation
-
Coordinates with sales in order to execute marketing strategy
-
Endorses possible clients to designated sales team.
-
Works with the sales team and principal to identify needs.
5. Performance Management and People Development
-
Knows, abides, and adheres to all company policies.
-
Assesses own performance for midyear and year end.
-
Initiates accomplishment of individual development plan.
May conduct other duties from time to time.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-
1-3 years in product marketing, brand marketing, or product management.
