Job Description
-
In-Charge in preparation of bidding documents.
-
Reviews Philgeps for ITBs and lists required documents and certificates for preparation of the Regulatory Assistant.
-
Requests Security/Performance Bond and other RBE.
-
Liaise between BAC and Grandline (NOA, Post Qua notices etc) for bidding – related activities.
-
Check the final bid docs before turn over to Sales Department.
-
Submits weekly monitoring of bidding activities.
-
Provides full-time support for the Sales Team on the bidding requirements.
-
Assembles the bid docs and performs all clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filling.

Prepares CTC and notarized copies of required documents.

Reminds Sales and other departments for the needed bidding documents
-
Marks pages, prepares tabbings, stamps and folders according to bid specs.

Requests and procures all supplies related to the bid docs.

Mails documents to assigned Sales.

Receives and consolidates all documents from outside Bidding Department such as official Bid docs, tech docs, bid bulletin from Sales Dept, CPR/COE from Regulatory, approved BPRF, Customer PO from Customer Care, SI and OR from Finance.

Updates and prints all on-going and completed contracts with attachments.

Submits prepared bidding documents to the hospital

Attends in the pre-bid and post qualifications and submits reports to the Bidding Manager.

Updates PhilGEPS from time to time for the possible bidding opportunities

Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
-
Graduate of any four (4) year course
-
Preferrably with 2 to 4 years work experience as Bidding Head
-
Proven capability in delivering winning bid tenders.
