Job Description
Recruitment
• Responsible for posting company job vacancies online
• Communicating with potential job candidates
• Managing HR Records including resumes, applicant logs and employee forms
• Coordinating onboarding schedule with the assigned trainers
• Assisting with pre-employment requirements for applicants
• Scheduling training courses based on departmental needs.
Compensation and Benefits
• Assisting with HR-related activities.
• Ensuring the signing of training bond contracts for employees undergoing international and local training
• Keeping updated with Pag-Ibig, SSS, and PhilHealth websites from time to time.
• Assisting in the renewal of company-related documents for SSS, Pag-Ibig and PhilHealth company related documents
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required • 1+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
