Job Descriptions

Is responsible for meeting business goals related to revenue generation, inventory oversight, accurate sales forecasting, and driving growth across the entire range of products.

Provides weekly reports to demonstrate the progress and success in achieving sales goals for all assigned accounts.

Presents detailed monthly business reviews to both the Sales Supervisor and Regional Sales Manager.

Ensures a high level of technical expertise on specific products and provides independent support for all cases within the assigned territory.

Maintains and enhances a deep understanding of the products to ensure that the highest level of product knowledge is consistently achieved and applied.

Conducts weekly educational presentations to hospital staff to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Offers technical backup and support to end-users as needed, addressing any technical issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Monitors competitive activities in the field and develops strategies to address competitive challenges effectively.

Gathers and reports market intelligence, including hospital usage, competitor products, pricing, and general competitive activities.

Completes surveys to assess customer satisfaction in key markets and accounts, providing insights into client experiences and areas for improvement.

Works closely with field service biomed engineers, warehouse staff, sales and marketing coordinators, and other team members to ensure that high-quality materials are produced and client needs are met effectively.

Performs additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support overall strategy.
Qualifications

Nursing qualifications, or general science degree or similar, preferred.

Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.

A minimum of 1-2 years of previous sales experience in medical devices preferred.
